A beautiful Georgian silver cream jug with embossed floral pattern. The hallmark is London 1783, the makers mark is for Hester Bateman. It measures 11.5cm (4.5 inches) from handle to spout and stands 13cm (5 inches) high. There is a 2mm split between the decoration around the top of the jug towards the handle.
