A very stylish high quality 3 piece silver tea service with lion mask decoration and ebonised wooden handle and finial. All pieces are hallmarked Dublin 1920 and have the makers mark W & W. The beautifully balanced teapot has a lion head spout. It measures 25cm (10 inches) in length and stands 15.5cm (6 inches) high. There is a hairline split in the ebonised finial and a minor ding to the lid. The cream jug has a lion mask pourer. It measures 12cm (4.75 inches) across and stands 10.5cm (4 inches) high. The sugar bowl with lion masks and ring handles measures 12cm (4.75 inches) in diameter and stands 6.5cm (2.75 inches) high. The total weight is 35 troy oz. A tea service to be proud of.
