A superb matching pair of Georgian salts with the hallmark for London 1796 and the makers mark TR for Timothy Renou. The bowls are gilded and there is a crest engraved unusually a sailing ship. They stand 5cms (2 inches) in height and are 10 cms (4 inches) across the oval. The matched pair of spoons have a Glasgow hallmark and are by James McEwan we circa these at 1790.
