This fine quality ring is set with 3 good blue sapphires and 2 old cut diamonds. The setting is 18 carat yellow gold and carved in the typical Victorian manner. The hallmark is 18ct and London, the date letter is rubbed but we would circa it at 1890. The UK ring size is 'N' the USA size is '6 1/2'. For the woman who loves sapphires.
