This is a most elegant high quality 9 carat gold Victorian brooch set with the most beautiful aventurine. The reverse of the brooch is engraved with 3 names Ernest, Charlie and Bertha possibly the name of the ladies children. It measures 4.5 cm (1.75 inches) by 3.5cm (1.5 inches). A truly lovely brooch.
